The life of a good synthetic wig can be 1 to 2 years or more, depending on care and quality.

Cap Size: AVERAGEAVERAGE SIZES are 21½ inches to 22¼ inches. 95% of wigs are made to fit these sizes, but can be stretched or adjusted down about an inch either way to accommodate smaller or larger head sizes. Be aware that cap sizes vary from brand to brand, and you should make sure before you buy that the cap is right for your size. Some caps will stretch better than others, but most caps can be made smaller.

Mono Top Cap

A large portion of the cap is constructed of some type of mesh, usually monofilament or polyester, with individual strands of hair knotted usually by hand into the mesh. This gives the appearance of the hair growing from your own scalp. With the cap made in this manner the part can be moved to the left, right or center.
